5.1 Institutional Framework
In the implementation process of this Strategic Plan, the following structural levels of ZIPRC are involved:
- The Council – provides oversight and policy direction
- Secretariat – responsible for the full implementation of the strategic activities.
- Committees – conduct research, deliberate and provide technical support to the Council and Secretariat.
- Members – provide checks and balances to the Council and Secretariat
5.2 Legal Framework
The implementation of this Strategic plan will be guided by the Zambian Laws and regulations as follows:
- ZIPRC Constitution
- ZIPRC Act of 2022
- ZIPRC Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act No.2 of 2021
- Data Protection Act No.3 of 2021
